Built to fit how you work.
No two small businesses run the same way, so we don't sell the same thing twice. We start from presets — a website, a few proven automations — and shape a system around your actual process. Agents optional, when you want them.
Run a bigger business with a smaller team.
Build your business overnight.
Live in weeks, not a year — and not six figures.
Two people can run what used to take ten.
The system takes the repeat work. Your people take the customers.
Nothing you have to change to fit.
Built around how you already work, not the other way round.
A local startup, Angeles City, est. 2026. GCash and card, offline-first when the connection drops, staff who learn it in one shift.
DOVA is a founder-led studio that builds to fit, not to template.
The problem
Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work to suit the tool. Painful at ten staff, where the workaround everyone knows about is what keeps the business running.
Our approach
We build the other way round: your process first, the system shaped to it. Presets — a website and proven automations — are the starting point, not the product. Local realities come standard: BIR receipting, GCash and card, offline-first when the connection drops.
Same engine. Two outputs. The same AI-augmented process DOVA uses to build a client's website and systems is also what becomes that client's backend agents. It's what lets a small studio ship a working build in weeks — not because it's cheaper, but because it's faster and does more.
Businesses running on what we built.

See what we built ↓Bookings & scheduling
Live availability, deposits and no-show rules — set to your policy.
Best for courts, clinics, salons, studios, property viewings.
Orders & POS
Counter and QR orders on one queue. Keeps selling offline, syncs after.
Best for cafés, bars, kiosks, small restaurants.
Payments & receipting
GCash, card and cash in one ledger. BIR-compliant series, void trail intact.
Best for anyone taking deposits, invoices or split payments.
Inventory & suppliers
Stock moves when a sale happens — in the units you actually count in.
Best for cafés, kitchens, retail, crews holding stock.
Customers & CRM
One record per customer across bookings, orders and messages.
Best for memberships, packages, repeat-visit businesses.
Owner’s personal assistant
Reads the whole operation overnight and hands you the morning: what sold, what slipped, who to call, what to reorder. Ask it anything in plain language — it answers from your own data.
Best for owners running two or more places, or away from the counter.
Lead generation & outreach
Captures every enquiry the site produces, keeps the list warm with an email sequence written in your voice, and routes anyone who replies straight to a human.
Best for leasing, services, B2B, anyone chasing enquiries by hand.
Bring the awkward part.
Most builds include something that isn’t on this row — a deposit ladder, a commission split, a rota that follows a delivery route. It’s usually why off-the-shelf didn’t work.
Tell us the awkward part →Every service has a specialist behind it.
Every module we build has an agent trained for it — one job, one domain, trained by us rather than prompted into existence. The system runs fine without them. Switch one on and it works inside your data, 24/7, acting only where you allow it.
Reads your live system
Bookings, orders, stock, messages — the actual records as they change, not a nightly copy of them.
What it reads →Decides on limits you set
You write the rules in plain language: what it may approve, how far it may discount, when it must stop and ask. Anything past the line waits for you.
How limits work →Acts where you allow it
Confirms the booking, chases the deposit, drafts the purchase order, answers the enquiry — inside your system, under your name.
Turn one on →Reports every action
Every line it touched, timestamped, in the feed below.
See the log →Nothing it does is permanent
Undo any line. Switch an agent off and the system runs exactly as before.
Questions →₱7,999 per agent per month, cheaper as you add more. Month to month on any DOVA build. Start free trial →
Six agents. One job each.
We train and keep these ourselves, so they arrive knowing the work rather than learning it on your account. When you onboard, we introduce the ones your build actually needs — by name.
Answers every enquiry that lands — web, Messenger, SMS — in your voice and your prices. Books what it can, escalates what it should.
Holds the calendar. Confirms, reschedules, chases deposits, releases dead holds back to the floor before the slot is wasted.
Brings customers back — after a visit, after a lapse — and asks for the review at the moment they are most likely to leave one.
Watches every count against its reorder point, then acts on it — drafts the purchase order, compares supplier prices before committing, and chases the delivery that never arrived.
Chases unpaid deposits, invoices and balances on your schedule, in your tone, and stops the moment they settle.
Reads yesterday across every module and writes you the short version: what sold, what slipped, what needs you today.
Your build decides who you meet. A café that never invoices doesn’t need Obol; a leasing office almost certainly does. What a specialist costs →
We learn your process
before we write any code.
Sit in the operation
A shift with your staff, mapping what actually happens — the notebook, the group chat, the workaround everyone knows about. That map is the spec.
Design the front, model the data
Presets that fit go in; the rest is designed to your map. A booking on the site and one at the counter are the same record.
Build and pilot live
A working build in week two, run alongside your current process on real transactions. What doesn’t fit gets changed.
Hand over, then stay on
Training in two sessions. After launch we keep adapting it — new season, new branch, new rule.
Same studio, three different systems.
Turté
An offline smart POS with inventory tracking and supplier ordering built in — and an SDK inside the system, so the build can be extended without us.
Gray Kitchen Pickleball Courts
Booking site and court system for two indoor courts — live availability, deposits, and both courts bookable together.
AeroTek
Quote to flight schedule to client handover, in one thread.
Multinational standard.
Local price.
Built to the standard multinationals pay for, priced for the business down the road. No tiers to decode. ₱24,999 to install, ₱2,500 a month to keep it running and changing — then a per-agent fee only if you put a specialist on live duty.

Live agents — priced per specialist
Each agent runs 24/7 inside your system, on top of maintenance. The first costs the most; the desk gets cheaper as it fills.
Usually Echo or Hora — whichever job eats your evenings.
Each, once the first has earned its keep.
They share your data, so each new one costs us less to run.
Every specialist live, one line on the invoice.
Installation covers a standard build; unusually large operations or multi-branch rollouts are quoted separately. Agents are month to month and can be switched off. Two-week trial on your first specialist, no build commitment.
The ones we always get.
No. The website and the system are the product and they work fully on their own — installation plus maintenance, nothing else. Specialists are a per-agent add-on you switch on later, if and when the operation is running clean.
Typically half. Presets cover the plumbing every business shares — accounts, payments, records, hosting — so budget goes to what’s specific to you. If a build turns out 90% preset, we’ll say so and quote it lower.
₱7,999/month for your first specialist, ₱6,499 each for the second and third, ₱4,999 each after that, or ₱29,999 for all six. That sits on top of your maintenance monthly. Almost everyone starts with one — usually Echo on enquiries or Hora on bookings — and adds the next once they stop checking its work.
Counter tools keep working offline and queue locally; the queue syncs and reconciles when the connection returns. Standard on every build, not an upgrade.
Yes — correct series, sequence and void trail for your registration type. Set up with your bookkeeper during the build so what the system prints matches what gets filed.
You do. The repository and the database are yours, and we’ll hand over both on request. The monthly buys hosting, support and changes — not hostage-keeping.
If you’re running one counter and the notebook still works, wait. Where this pays for itself is a second branch, a second shift, or the point where you stop being physically present for every transaction.
Show us how you actually work.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Walk us through a normal day and we'll tell you which presets fit, what has to be built, and roughly what it costs. We're small, we're local, and we answer our own phone.
Thanks — that's it.
We'll read it ourselves and reply with a straight answer.
